VINELAND, NJ (March 18, 2008) – A-TECH Engineering, Inc. (A-TECH) recently announced that Louis A. Rodriguez, PE, has become its President effective March 21, 2008. Rodriguez succeeds Deborah Ayars, PhD, PE, PP who will remain with the firm in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior shareholder. Rodriguez has served A-TECH for the past two years as a senior project manager and corporate officer. Lou is a professional civil engineer (PA and NJ) with over 17 years of project management, business process re-engineering, municipal engineering, geographic information systems (GIS), and information management experience. His experiences range from running the Philadelphia Water Department's GIS program to owning and operating an information technology consulting company. He received his bachelor’s in civil engineering from Widener University.
